Ein herzliches Hallo an alle Anwesende! Besonders natürlich an unsere, nun ehemaligen Auszubildenden, und das gesamte Team von Ekuthuleni!
Wir, der Ekuthuleni-Projekte Verein Deutschland, möchten den acht Lehrlingen und ihren Ausbildern zu dem bestandenen Berufsabschluss gratulieren. Wir freuen uns mit euch allen über nunmehr zwei Jahre gemeinsamen Lernens und Lebens.
Lovemore, Rodney, Broadway, Nation, Raphael, Clifford, Crispen und Ismael: für euch ist heute ein Tag besonderer Genugtuung und Freude. Ihr habt die Lehre hinter euch und neue Chancen vor euch. Alle Ergebnisse und die bestandene Prüfung verdankt ihr eurem Fleiß, eurem Talent und eurer Lernbereitschaft und auch euren Ausbildern und Lehrern.
Viele Menschen sind stolz auf euch, eure Familien, eure Freunde und auch diejenigen die euch weitergebildet und gefördert haben.
Wir wünschen euch von ganzem Herzen, dass ihr das gelernte Handwerk und auch die sonstigen Lebenserfahrungen für eure persönliche Zukunft nutzen könnt.
Mishack, John und Lyton: euch ebenfalls herzliche Gratulation – erneut habt ihr acht Lehrlingen das Handwerk des Schreiners und mehr beigebracht. Ekuthuleni – Training for life. Euch gilt auch im Besonderen unser Dank.
Heute gilt es nicht nur den Lehrlingen zur bestandenen Prüfung und zum Abschluss der Ausbildung zu gratulieren, heute gilt es auch dem Ekuthuleni Carpentry Project zum 20-jährigen Jubiläum zu gratulieren.
Hier nun wollen wir speziell, dir liebe Helga, unseren Respekt vor deiner Arbeit aussprechen. Auch wenn viele Menschen zum Gelingen des Projektes beitragen, so bist es doch du, die für uns Ekuthuleni repräsentiert.
An dieser Stelle gäbe es sicher viel aufzuzählen, Erfolge, Niederlagen, erfüllte Erwartungen und ein hoffentlich positiven Ausblick in die Zukunft. Es sprengt den Rahmen!
Von unserer Seite aus steht fest, dass wir auch weiterhin das Projekt in dem uns möglichen Maße unterstützen werden. Für uns alle ist die Arbeit mit und für Ekuthuleni bereichernd, auch für unser Leben und unsere Gemeinschaft.
20 Jahre Ekuthuleni – gibt es einen besseren Grund zum Feiern? – In dieser Hinsicht hat uns Helga bereits überzeugt, dass es keine fröhlicheren Feste gibt als in Afrika und im Besonderen – bei Ekuthuleni finden die besten Feste statt!
Wir gratulieren nochmals allen für diesen großartigen Erfolg und wünschen euch eine rauschende Feier, viel Spaß und eine gute Zeit.

Our warmest greetings to all guests! Especially, of course, to our now former trainees and the entire team of Ekuthuleni!
We, the organization »Ekuthuleni Projekte Germany« want to congratulate the eight apprentices and their coaches to successful finalization of the professional degree. We are happy for all of you about the past two years of common life and learning.
Lovemore, Rodney, Broadway, Nation, Raphael, Clifford, Crispen and Ismael – for you it is a day of special joy and satisfaction. You have completed your apprenticeships, and new opportunities are waiting for you. All the results and the passed tests you owe on your diligence, your talent and your willingness to learn and also to the support by your coaches and teachers.
Many people are proud of you, especially your families, your friends and even those who have trained and supported you.
We wish you from the bottom of our hearts, that you can benefit from the craft learned and all the other life experiences for your personal future.
Mishack, John and Lyton: congratulations also to you – once again you taught eight apprentices the craft of carpentry and more. Ekuthuleni – Training for life. We want to express our warmest gratitude to you.
Today it is not only the time to celebrate the apprentices passing the exams and the completion of the training, today it is also the time to congratulate the Ekuthuleni-Carpentry Project for the 20th anniversary.
Here we especially want to express our respect for your work and live to you beloved Helga. Although many people contribute to the success of the project, it is still you representing Ekuthuleni for us.
At this point there could be certainly a lot to be listed, successes, defeats, met expectations and hopefully a positive outlook into the future. It goes beyond the scope!
From our side it is clear that we will continue to support the project to the most possible degree. For all of us working with you and for Ekuthuleni is enriching our lifes and our community.
20 years of Ekuthuleni, is there any better reason for celebration? – In this regard Helga has already told us that there are no happier parties than in Africa, and the best are at Ekuthuleni!
Congratulations again to all of you for this great success and we wish you a raucous celebration, fun and a good time.
